Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 2 business day pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 12 PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

Returns & Replacements
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt during regular season (orders placed 1/1 – 10/30) and within 60 days of holiday season (orders placed 11/1-12/31).
Full refund of product price will be issued for items that are in original condition and in their original packaging and with all tags attached. PLEASE NOTE: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Packages that arrive COD or with insufficient postage may be denied, or the COD amount will be deducted from your return or added to your exchange order.
To request a return, please email us with your order number. Items returned without an return authorization may be ignored.
